REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (“RFP”): TRACING OF UNCLAIMED BENEFITS ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING INDUSTRY PENSION AND PROVIDENT FUNDS (the “Funds”)
The objective of this RFP is to appoint a service provider that can trace unclaimed benefit claimants efficiently, lawfully, and cost-effectively. The successful provider must be able to verify identities, locate individuals through multiple tracing channels, assist with compliant and certified document collection where needed, and provide the Fund with reliable reports on tracing progress, outcomes, and unresolved cases. The provider must also be able to operate in line with the Fund’s governance, risk, compliance, and data protection requirements, including all applicable Financial Sector Authority Sector (“FSCA”) standards.

Job Title: Industry Engagement & Transformation Lead
Reunyte is looking for a senior industry professional to help accelerate the resolution of unclaimed benefits across South Africa’s retirement fund ecosystem.
This role is designed for someone who understands the pension administration landscape deeply and has the credibility, relationships, and persistence to influence institutions to act.
At its core, this is a business development and industry engagement role focused on unlocking participation from the institutions that hold unclaimed benefit assets.
You will work directly with pension funds, administrators, trustees, and other industry stakeholders to challenge the status quo, reshape thinking around unclaimed benefits, and drive adoption of new approaches that enable large-scale resolution.
The Reunyte’s internal team supports onboarding and implementation processes; your primary focus will be engaging the industry, building conviction, and unlocking institutional participation.
