​VACANCY: DEPUTY PRINCIPAL OFFICER TRANSET RETIREMENT FUND

The Transnet Retirement Fund (TRF) is one of South Africa's large retirement funds, committed to safeguarding the retirement outcomes of its members and beneficiaries. The Fund operates within a highly regulated financial services environment and will, in the future, be required to adhere to the Pension Funds Act, 1956, governance standards, and regulatory requirements issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). The Fund currently falls under the ambit of the Transnet Pension Fund Act 62 of 1990.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP NO: 01/2026) PROVISION OF RETIREMENT BENEFIT COUNSELLING SERVICES

The Telkom Retirement Fund (the “Fund”/“TRF”) hereby invites proposals from suitably qualified and competent service providers to deliver benefit counselling services to the Fund. The Fund will select a service provider at its discretion, under the procedures described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) document. It also reserves the right not to select any service provider, or a different one, as it may decide.
